  • A $750,000 settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against AOD Federal Credit Union (“AOD” or “Defendant”) related to unauthorized access (“Data Incident”) to AOD’s network from about August 8, 2024 to August 9, 2024, resulting in the potential exposure of the Settlement Class Member’s Private Information. • If you are a member of the Settlement Class, you can submit a Claim Form for the following Settlement Class Member Benefits:

  • These rights and options—and the deadlines to exercise them—are explained further in the Long Form Notice.
  • The Court must decide whether to approve the Settlement, attorneys' fees and costs, and Service Awards. No Settlement Class Member Benefits will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement and that decision is not successfully appealed.
